RTRS: NEW ISSUE-Power Finance Corp to sell 2.5 bln rupee bonds
Power Finance Corp (PWFC.BO: Quote, Profile, Research) plans to raise at least 2.5 billion rupees through the issue of 18-month bonds carrying a coupon of 8.70 percent, two sources associated with the transaction said on Monday.
The issue also has an unspecified greenshoe option to retain oversubscription and interest on the bonds is payable half-yearly.
