MW : Commerzbank cut to sell at UBS, recovery far off
LONDON (MarketWatch) -- UBS on Thursday cut its rating on Commerzbank (DE:CBK 5.91, -0.02, -0.34%) to sell from neutral, saying it could take the German institution 10 years to rebuild its capital base and repay the government. It added the group may have to raise as much as 12 billion euros in equity before it can pay a dividend again.
