| MADRID (MarketWatch) -- European bourses were trading weaker on Monday, with volumes lower as London markets were closed for a holiday. The Europe Stoxx 600 index (ST:SXXP 236.19, -1.32, -0.56%) last traded down 0.6% to 236.06, while the German DAX (DX:DAX 5,469, -48.67, -0.88%) was down nearly 1% at 5,464 and the French CAC 40 (FR:PX1 3,663, -30.13, -0.82%) fell 0.8% to 3,661.56. L'Oreal (FR:OR 68.51, -1.10, -1.58%) was down just over 1% after ING reportedly recommended selling the the shares. |
