Mumbai , Sep 7 Tin, copper, zinc and aluminium prices declined in a mixed non-ferrous metal market here today due to lack of demand from industrial units.
While, brass firmed on good demand from consuming industries.
Tin dropped by Rs 17 per kilo to Rs 810 from weekend&aposs closing level of Rs 827 and copper scrap heavy by Rs 5 per kilo to Rs 317 as against Rs 322 previously.
Copper cable scrap and copper wire bar fell by Rs 4 per kilo each to Rs 326 and Rs 354 respectively.
Copper sheets cutting moved down by Rs 3 per kilo to Rs 309, copper armiture by Rs 2 per kilo to Rs 312 and zinc by Rs 2 per kilo to Rs 110.
Aluminium utensils scrap also eased by a rupee per kilo to Rs 84 from Rs 85.
However, brass sheets cutting rose by Rs 5 per kilo to Rs 225 from Rs 220 and brass utensils scrap also edged up by Rs 2 per kilo to Rs 220 as against Rs 218 previously.
