Copper prices fell further by Rs 2 per kg on the non-ferrous metal market in the national capital today largely in tandem with weakening global trend.
Trading sentiment in copper remained bearish as copper for December-delivery contract on the Shanghai Futures Exchange lost one per cent to 48,280 yuan (7,072 dollar).
In the national capital, copper wire scrap, copper wire bar and copper mixed scrap remained weak and Rs 2 each at Rs 316, Rs 337 and Rs 296 per kg.
