MW: Energy stocks continue their slide on jobs report

NEW YORK (MarketWatch) - Energy stocks followed the broad market into the red on Friday on a bearish U.S. monthly jobs report. The NYSE Arca Oil Index (XOI 987.48, -9.62, -0.96%) fell 1.3% to 985. The NYSE Arca Natural Gas Index (XNG 472.29, -7.00, -1.46%) fell 1.4% to 472. The Philadelphia Oil Service Index (OSX 182.41, -3.34, -1.80%) fell 2.2% to 182. Energy stocks also fell hard in the previous session.
