HONG KONG, Oct 12 (Reuters) - Hong Kong shares closed 0.93 percent on profit-taking on Monday, with investors discounting hopes for positive Chinese economic data this week and switching focus to third-quarter company earnings. The benchmark Hang Seng Index slipped 200.09 points to 21,299.35. The China Enterprises Index of top locally listed mainland Chinese stocks eased 0.96 percent to 12,375.83.
