NP: Base metals recover on fresh industrial demand
copper and brass prices recovered on the non-ferrous metal market here today due to fresh industrial demand.
Nickel rose by Rs 10 per kilo to Rs 950 from overnights&aposclosing level of Rs 940 and copper sheets cutting by Rs 4 per kilo to Rs 300 as against Rs 296 previously.
Copper cable scrap, copper utensils scrap, copper wire bar, brass utensils scrap and brass sheets cutting moved up by Rs 2 per kilo each to Rs 315, Rs 285, Rs 343, Rs 215 and Rs 224 respectively.
