MARKETS-FOREX/RALLY (URGENT)
NEW YORK, Nov 11 (Reuters) - The U.S. dollar rallied in a technical rebound off a 15-month low on Wednesday, said one analyst, after failing to break through key support levels.
The dollar was last up 0.1 percent at 89.91 yen after going as low as 89.29. The euro was little changed against the dollar at $1.4974 after going as high as $1.5048.
The dollar index earlier hit a fresh 15-month low at 74.774 but then recovered to trade up 0.14 percent at 75.123 after investor selling failed to push it lower and through further support.
