RTTN: Dollar Mixed Ahead Of US Weekly Jobless Claims Report
(RTTNews) - The US Department of Labor will release its weekly jobless claims report for the week ended November 7th at 8.30 AM ET. Economists expect jobless claims to decline slightly to 510,000 from 512,000 reported for the previous week.
While the greenback stabilized against its European major rivals, it edged higher against the Japanese yen. Currently, the dollar is worth 90.14 against the yen, 1.6562 versus the pound, 1.0124 per franc and 1.4928 per euro.
