NEW DELHI: Silver futures rose 1.26 per cent at the Multi Commodity Exchange today as traders continued to enlarge their positions on the back of
firm spot demand.
Silver for far-month July contract rose 1.26 per cent to Rs 29,290 per kg with a business turnover of 2 lots.
Similarly, the metal for delivery in May month contract traded 0.77 per cent higher to Rs 29,138 per kg in 4 lots, while the December month contract gained 0.55 per cent to Rs 28,719 per kg with a business turnover of 6,169 lots.
