LONDON, Nov 25 (Reuters) - Gold prices hit record highs at $1,180.00 an ounce in Europe on Wednesday as reports that India's central bank may consider more bullion acquisitions and weakness in the dollar fuelled buying.
Spot gold was bid at $1,179.20 an ounce at 1008 GMT, against $1,168.90 late in New York on Wednesday.
