NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Energy stocks fell out of the gate on Thursday as the broad market dropped. The NYSE Arca Oil Index (XOI 1,044, -14.29, -1.35%) fell 1% to 1,049. The NYSE Arca Natural Gas Index (XNG 527.08, -5.60, -1.05%) rose 0.7% to 529. The Philadelphia Oil Service Index (OSX 191.64, -2.05, -1.06%) dropped 0.7% to 192. |
