NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Treasurys stayed lower, and their yields higher, on Thursday after the Labor Department reported weekly jobless claims rose 1,000 to a seasonally adjusted 434,000, following two weeks of big declines. Yields on benchmark 10-year Treasurys were up 2 basis points at 3.848% and those on 2-year notes (UST2YR 0.99, -0.02, -1.88%) gained 2 basis points to 1.032%.
