KY: November U.S. trade deficit up 9.7% to $36.40 bil.
The U.S. deficit in global goods and services trade in November rose 9.7 percent from the previous month to $36.40 billion as the value of imports surpassed a gain in exports due to surging crude oil prices, the Commerce Department said Tuesday.
