NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Energy stocks found their footing on Thursday morning after bruising losses in the previous session. The NYSE Arca Oil Index (XOI 1,084, -1.84, -0.17%) rose 0.2% to 1,088. The NYSE Arca Natural Gas Index (XNG 563.17, +2.09, +0.37%) rose 0.8% to 565. The Philadelphia Oil Service Index (OSX 209.65, +0.53, +0.25%) advanced 0.7% to 211.
