Gasoline prices are down slightly across the country with the national average at $2.65 a gallon. Marie Dodds with Triple A says crude oil prices are down right now because of poor economic news. She says while March typically sees prices rise, it still depends on the global economy. Dodds says right now Oregon’s average is the 11th most expensive gas in the country at $2.75 a gallon. The average here in Bend’s is about $2.69.
