RTRS: Dollar extends gains vs euro after Bernanke speech
NEW YORK, Feb 10 (Reuters) - The U.S. dollar extended gains against the euro on Wednesday after Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke said he could begin pulling back stimulus from the economy by first removing cash from the financial system.
Analysts described his remarks as "hawkish," suggesting the U.S. economy is on a stable path to recovery.
