BLBG: Treasury 10-Year Yields to Fall Versus Bunds, Citigroup Says

By Matthew Brown

Feb. 24 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. 10-year Treasury yields will fall relative to equivalent-maturity German bunds, according to Citigroup Global Markets.

Investors should sell the 3.25 percent bund maturing in Janury 2020 at 3.16 percent and buy the 3.625 percent Treasury due February 2020 at 3.72 percent, targeting a narrowing of the yield gap to 38 basis points, Mark Schofield, head of interest- rate strategy at Citigroup in London, wrote in a research report today.
