FRANKFURT (MarketWatch) -- Oil futures extended their gains on Friday after a report showed that U.S. nonfarm payrolls fell by 36,000 in February, a smaller decline than economists expected. Crude oil for April delivery rose 97 cents to $81.18 a barrel in electronic trading on Globex. The contract was trading near $80.69 a barrel before the data.
