WSJ: Key US Dollar Libor Rises Further, Euro Rate Unchanged
LONDON (Dow Jones)--The cost of borrowing three-month dollars on the London interbank market climbed for the fifth successive day Tuesday to reach its highest level since late August.
The corresponding euro and sterling rates were unchanged.
Data from the British Bankers' Association showed the three-month dollar London Interbank Offered Rate, or Libor, Tuesday rose to 0.30031% from 0.29594%, while the euro rate was unchanged at 0.96750%.
The cost of borrowing three-month sterling rate was unchanged at 0.73875%.
