Gold Oil is issuing 25 million shares after Sheer Energy Pty - a company owned by Gold chairman John Bell - exercised options. Sheer was granted 50 million options at a share subscription in May. It has partially exercised this option and now holds 112,778,043 shares in Gold - 18.37% of the issued share capital.
