MW: Gold rises, looking poised for third day of gains

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Gold futures advanced Wednesday, looking set for a third day of gains as tensions in the Middle East continue, as well as ongoing worries about inflation and European sovereign debt crisis. Gold for April delivery (GCJ11 1,377, +2.50, +0.18%) added $2.20, or 0.2%, to $1,376.20 an ounce on the Comex division of the New York Mercantile Exchange.
