BLBG: Gold Futures Increase for Sixth Day After Rising on Haven Demand
Gold futures in New York gained for a sixth day after mounting unrest in the Middle East last week spurred demand for precious metals as a haven.
The April-delivery contract gained 0.2 percent to $1,390.90 an ounce at 10:08 a.m. Melbourne time. Bullion for immediate delivery advanced 0.1 percent to $1,390.73 an ounce.
