BLBG:Gold, Silver Futures in New York Drop for Second Day as U.S. Dollar Gains
Gold for April delivery dropped for a second day on the Comex in New York, falling as much as 0.6 percent to $1,729.30 an ounce, before trading at $1,730 an ounce at 7:02 a.m. Singapore time. Cash gold was little changed at $1,727.40 an ounce.
March-delivery silver also declined for a second day, losing as much as 0.3 percent to $33.635 an ounce, and last traded at $33.66 an ounce. Spot silver was little changed at $33.67 an ounce.
