BLBG U.K. Pound Declines for a Second Day Against Dollar to $1.6452 |

Aug. 17 (Bloomberg) -- The pound declined for a second day against the dollar to trade at $1.6452 as of 6:11 a.m. in London, from $1.6543 last week.
The U.K. currency also weakened to 85.99 pence per euro, from 85.84 pence.
