BLBG: Oil Rises After U.S. Government Releases Supply Report

Sept. 16 (Bloomberg) -- Crude oil futures rose after the U.S. Energy Department released its report on stockpiles.
Crude oil for October delivery climbed 49 cents, or 0.7 percent, to $71.42 a barrel at 10:31 a.m. on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Oil traded at $70.54 before the release of the report at 10:30 a.m. in Washington.
