MW: Euro-zone money supply growth slows in September

LONDON (MarketWatch) -- Euro-zone money supply growth by the M3 measurement slowed to 1.8% in September from 2.6% in August, the European Central Bank said. The rate was less than the 2.1% economist forecast by Dow Jones Newswires. The annual growth rate of credit to the private sector stayed at 1.1% while loans to the private sector fell 0.3%.
