MW: Dollar dips further after jump in Oct. home sales

NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- The dollar lost further ground on Monday after a report that showed existing home sales jumped 10.1% in October. The dollar index (DXY 74.98, -0.64, -0.85%) , which measures the greenback against a trade-weighted basket of major counterparts, stood at 74.978, compared with 75.113 ahead of the data.
