LONDON (MarketWatch) -- Industrial production in the 16-nation euro zone saw a monthly rise of 1% in November, for a decline of 7.1% from the same month last year, the European Union statistics agency Eurostat reported Thursday. Economists had forecast a 0.5% monthly rise and an 8.5% annual decline. October output fell 0.3% on the month and declined 10.9% year-on-year.
