RTTN: Canadian Dollar Tumbles To Multi-week Lows Against Greenback And Yen
(RTTNews) - During early New York trading on Friday, the Canadian dollar extended its slide against its major counterparts. The loonie slumped to new multi-week lows of 1.0574 against the US dollar and 85.26 versus the Japanese yen around 9:00 am ET.
Against the euro, the Canadian currency reached an 8-day low of 1.492 at this time. Currently, the Canadian currency is quoted at 85.42 against the yen, 1.0562 versus the greenback and 1.4909 against the euro.
