MY: Crude oil prices and natural gas may trade with upward bias

Crude oil prices and natural gas may trade with upward bias. U.S. markets are closed on today for Presidents Day.
Today Japan``s economy expanded at the fastest pace in two quarters, and more than expected, in October-December as an export recovery spurred capital spending.
Speculative long positions of crude oil outnumbered short positions by 42,060 contracts on the New York Mercantile Exchange, in its Commitments of Traders report. Net-long positions fell by 43,967 contracts, or 51 percent, from a week earlier.
