2,874.00 cents.
* Spot silver XAG= bid at $29.70 an ounce at 1210 GMT against
$29.36 late in New York on Friday.
* Forward rates on Reuters pages SIFO indicated at 0.57,
0.58, 0.59, 0.63 and 0.68 percent for one, two, three, six and
12 months respectively.
* Gold XAU= bid at $1,413.55 an ounce against $1,414.35.
* Gold prices ease a touch as the dollar strengthens, but
speculation the United States may extend its quantitative easing
programme and concerns over euro zone sovereign debt levels
continue to underpin prices.
* Platinum XPT= bid at $1,715.24 an ounce against $1,725.50.
* Palladium XPD= bid at $753.97 an ounce against $758.40.
