BLBG: N.Y. Oil Is Little Changed at $86.80 a Barrel, Reversing Decline
Crude oil was little changed, reversing an earlier drop of as much as 0.9 percent.
Crude oil futures for March delivery rose 9 cents to $86.80 a barrel at 9:19 a.m. on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Oil earlier fell as low as $85.96.
